We are an authorized Honda Automobile dealer in business since 1975. Although we specialize in Hondas, we are also a new and used car dealership that specializes in multiple brands, and only carry automobiles which have been certified by our team of specialists. Our 100 or so employees are dedicated to quality customer service in a timely fashion. We regularly shop the market and maintain very competetive prices. We are also willing to work with individuals with bad credit simply because we realize that unfortunate things happen to people - and we are prepared to help them along the way. We are also the only new and used car dealer in the area offering Auto Awards allowing your to earn 15% on every purchase and access to free loaners! Of course free coffee, tea, soda, popcorn while you wait as well as computers, phones and free wifi. There is no reason not to do business with such a devoted dealer.

They do anything that is needed. It takes a higher quality oil. It's reasonable. I've been going to them for years, not only buying the cars, but also servicing the cars. It took them maybe an hour altogether for the work to be completed. The service people are always very friendly. They give you a whole list of everything that was checked out, levels of fluid and stuff. So it's good, very good. They do the tires and everything else. They should just maintain what they're doing. What made me grade them an 'A,' is consistency. I've been going there for years. I feel that I get the same quality of service as I've always gotten, nothing has gone down, nothing has gone up because it has always been good service. They left the car very clean.

I bought my first car from Route 23 Honda, New Jersey, in 1999 after poor customer service in New York City. I bought a new car; I told the salesman at the time that it would be my last if I did not receive good customer service thereafter. I have brought my car here for service for the past 12 years. The customer service representatives are attentive, personable and knowledgeable. They offer loaner cars for extended service and repairs. The high quality of service and professionalism of the mechanics are commendable. They know Hondas. I still drive the 2000 Honda..it is a quality car, in part, due to the quality service from Honda.
In June I purchased a pre-owned BMW convertible - from Route 23 Honda - in part due to the relationship and the genuine level of trust we have developed during these past 12 years.

a Great experience. they gave us a car to use so we did not have to sit around. the car was done very close to the time they predicted. they also called us to keep us updated and did not do anything not agreed to unless they spoke to us.
The facility is also very comfortable.

It's very customer friendly, the people are very nice, they explain to you everything they're going to do with your car, and then we just sit there and have popcorn, they have computers, and TV. They make the person comfortable, and they also provide rental cars.

Took my Odyssey in for problems with vibration on stopping and hesitation on starting as well as noises in fan. Made an appointment a week ahead, arrived on time. Took them from 8am Monday to 11amTuesday to give me an estimate, which included replacing two engine mounts and, a 'since you're here' $750 engine service. I told them to skip the service as I'd had it done recently enough. I called elsewhere to find out the going price for the engine mounts, got an estimate of $50 less but decided that was close enough and approved the engine mount replacements. When I called to see if it was ready at 4pm I was told it would be another $200 because they'd given me the wrong price on one of the mounts, and by the way it won't be ready until 5pm or so!

I talked to the supervisor because not only had they had my car TWO DAYS, they weren't done AND they were going to charge me more than agreed. He offered a 10% discount, but that was it. $1100 for a job I could have had my local guy do for less than $700. I told them they'd never see my car again.

The fan still makes the noises, btw. They never did address that.

Honda does a great job with service. It's a drive-in process and very sharply done, it's just taken care of well. It's a covered garage. They step out of the bay and take all of your information on their tablet so they never need to walk away from the car. You step into the service area and have a discussion with the service man. Then you are invited to take off if you need to if you have someone picking you up or you can wait in a really comfortable waiting area with a tv, internet connectivity, coffee and donuts. It's a nice experience. My experience was similar in another state with Honda. I never mind the experience.

I knew exactly the car I was interested in, however this was my first trip to any dealership on my car search. I was car shopping with my mom and husband and my mother needed her car serviced so while she was having some quick work done on her car, my husband and I went browsing. We were greeted by Alton Brown, who allowed me to test drive the car WITHOUT him, stating that he didn't want to impede our test driving experience and he'd let the car speak for itself. This was a really nice touch, since it allowed me to not be that nervous and we could talk to each other openly and honestly without having the salesperson there to consistently chime in. I was lucky enough to test drive the car I ended up buying. It was a hot commodity that day, as another similar car sold while we were there. We knew we didn't have that much wiggle room on the price, as it is a Honda and the CR-V is ranked so well that Honda can afford to charge a little more because of its reputation, etc. I had a price in mind, which was well under invoice. I knew my price was stretching it, which is why we closed at $26,100, about $600 below invoice. Not bad, considering my car came with everything except the navigation system. It was a 2010 model that I bought in late August, so the timing was right and definitely on my side. Nonetheless, we were dealt with in a professional manner. I was so shocked to be buying a car that day and at the first dealership I visited, no less! They were patient allowing us to drive back to our house to grab the title to my trade-in and my checkbook. In all the flurry of activity, my stunned self forgot my garage door opener and a personal item in the car. I had to return to the dealership a few days later to drop off some items that went with my trade-in and before I had parked my car, Alton Brown came out to my car with my personal items I had forgot in a ziploc bag! Talk about service! This really made an impact on me. There were marks on the side console and the driver's side handle that needed to be fixed by their specialist/detailer. I scheduled an appointment to have this taken care of (free of charge, of course) and dropped my car off the night before. I received a loaner car (they have many), a fun-to-drive Civic Hybrid, and received a call the next day when my car was ready to be picked up. When I got there, they had forgot to put on the license plates, but that only took another 10 minutes. The service person took me out to my car to make sure I approved of the job they had done, which was great. All-in-all, I am 100% pleased with the service I received. I'm glad that I have a dealership so close to home where I can shop and have my car serviced.

This was the most awful experience. I wasn't sure if the brakes needed replacement so asked them to look at them. My family had told me not to tell them I didn't need the car back until the end of the day (even though I dropped it off at 7:30am) because then they wouldn't look at it until the end of the day not leaving enough time to complete the brake work if necessary. This has happened to them before. I should have listened because of course my car wasn't ready and was informed it would be ready the next afternoon. The next day, I called at 4:30 only to be told my car still wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until the following day. There was a story about the mechanics tools being stolen, but I think they should have called and let me know of the delay. Finally, on the third day at 5:00 I still hadn't heard from them and called to confirm the car was ready. I was repeatedly put on hold or hung up on for an hour, when I finally asked for the manager and was able to get me car.

I leased a car and brought the car in several times for the same problem with the radio in the first year. The problem was never fixed, the sales and service dept. basically told me that it did not interfere with the vehicle's operation, so it was not worth their time any more, unless I wanted to pay for service on a car with less than 100 miles on it! They were rude, lied and did not return calls. I won't be leasing from them or bringing my car to them ever.
