On the installation side, they were punctual, neat and took their time to do the job right. I can tend to be a perfectionist - they gladly took care of any minor details I found not up to snuff without any argument or additional cost. I haven't used many contractors in my 30 years as a homeowner (I'm a do-it-yourself guy), but Slavco and the rest of the crew at Luxcraft made me feel better about using contractors. If only all contractors were this reliable and professional. They get my highest recommendation.
