+ -1 moreKen was very thorough, friendly, and professional! I needed a new thermostat installed and since it’s just a small thing I was expecting someone to just come in, do it, and get out. However, Ken was friendly from the start. He introduced himself right away and confirmed the work I needed done. Very meticulous with his work, making sure everything was in place before testing it out, not once but twice! I appreciated the friendly attitude and professionalism! Will definitely be calling him again!
