Rob was able to size the job and complete a well described estimate within a week. I know the time line seams long, yet please consider the size of the job and extent of work I gave him. I told Rob I needed the job done fast and within the budget and he delivered on both!! the job was complete and he saved me $$$$!! off the estimate.
The team came in did a full controlled demo on the entire space getting it down to studs!
While Rob spent time understanding some electrical situations from the years and years of other owners/tenants. His team was swiftly moving from room to room putting up sheetrock and spackling.
They had the walls completed in one day it was amazing!!
each day followed with a constant pace of flooring and drop ceiling, i remember walking in during the last week and couldn't believe what he was able to accomplish.
Rob was able to calm my nerves and bring helpful ideas to a overwhelming stressful adventure for my company. I had a deadline, and Rob was able to complete the Job and made my transition seamless.
I would not only recommend Tier One to anyone but have him in my home to do some other work that also came out great!
Tier One is a friendly, honest, and loyal company that not only is there to help, but understands how to make the process easier!!
thank you Tier One!
It was a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The painless experience has convinced us to do some additional work which we just contracted for. We are so excited we found Tier 1! They are a cut above.
Day 10 - I am tired of not having a "real" bathroom, but that is of no fault of Tier One. We saved a bundle by having them both done at the same time. The guys are keeping the promise of always having one working shower or bath and one working toilet, but it is a rough bath (no walls!,). I would not recommend doing this if you have young children at home.
To wrap up this project and review, Tier One construction is great. No detail is overlooked. I wish them the very best in continuing to do what they are really good at and seem to really love doing.
I have had a few other minor problems around our home since this project was completed and Robert has been extremely responsive (even on an early Sunday morning).
I feel confident recommending Tier One to friends and neighbors. I trust that they will do what they promise, perform all work correctly and that they genuinely want their customers to be happy at the conclusion of their work. I also believe that they have experience working on older homes and know how to make sure new work matches the original homes character. I would use them again in the future.
Robert Miseta and his bother John and crew were fantastic. I am completely pleased with their work. They are professional, trustworthy, and caring. As I was doing both bathrooms at the same time,( probably not the smartest thing to do) they were always concerned that I had a working toilet. The old one was removed and reinstalled over several days, adding to their time, but more concerned about me. They take pride in their work and it shows. Everything was cleaned up every day. They were respectful of my cat, making sure he was in a closed room, especially on the days I was not home. In one bathroom I keep my old tile on the wall, just had them regrouted. But we need some extra tiles when the old vanity was removed and the wall had not been tiled behind it. These tiles are very old and they searched around looking for a few that would match. The suggestions for places to buy my tile, plumping supplies were excellent suggestions. Robert contracted the person to reglazed the tub and another to purchase the glass shower which included the installation. Both were excellent choices. The project took a little longer than plan because of items I had ordered that were delayed in arriving. Robert and John are not only professional but genuine nice guys and I will hire them again without reservation.
