Everything went very well, he understood what I wanted, and made the most efficient use of the materials.  Very impressed with the siding match for the door.  I would use him again.

I meet Rob and his amazing team thru a friend of the family. I contacted him and had both a call back and walk thru within a day!
Rob was able to size the job and complete a well described estimate within a week. I know the time line seams long, yet please consider the size of the job and extent of work I gave him. I told Rob I needed the job done fast and within the budget and he delivered on both!! the job was complete and he saved me $$$$!! off the estimate.
The team came in did a full controlled demo on the entire space getting it down to studs!
While Rob spent time understanding some electrical situations from the years and years of other owners/tenants. His team was swiftly moving from room to room putting up sheetrock and spackling.
They had the walls completed in one day it was amazing!!
each day followed with a constant pace of flooring and drop ceiling, i remember walking in during the last week and couldn't believe what he was able to accomplish.
Rob was able to calm my nerves and bring helpful ideas to a overwhelming stressful adventure for my company. I had a deadline, and Rob was able to complete the Job and made my transition seamless.
I would not only recommend Tier One to anyone but have him in my home to do some other work that also came out great!
Tier One is a friendly, honest, and loyal company that not only is there to help, but understands how to make the process easier!!

thank you Tier One!
It was a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob came and did a through examination and provided a detailed quote.  He expertly pointed out a few areas which potentially could have cost more money if hidden damages were found and ultimately came in UNDER budget by $500!.   Tier 1 worked with my insurance provider made a difficult situation easier.  In addition to the repairs we contract for, they did a few extra odds and ends and included them free.
The painless experience has convinced us to do some additional work which we just contracted for.  We are so excited we found Tier 1!  They are a cut above.

Day 1 - the demolition was quick and painless (1 day). ;The house was left as clean as possibe.  A+ so far!

Day 10 - I am tired of not having a "real" bathroom, but that is of no fault of Tier One. We saved a bundle by having them both done at the same time. The guys are keeping the promise of always having one working shower or bath and one working toilet, but it is a rough bath (no walls!,). I would not recommend doing this if you have young children at home.

To wrap up this project and review, Tier One construction is great. No detail is overlooked. I wish them the very best in continuing to do what they are really good at and seem to really love doing.

This has been one of the best experiences that we have ever had with a contractor, Rob has answered all of my questions and worked with my insurance company on multiple calls and emails to try to get a fair settlement from them. In addition, to the work that was scheduled when the existing porch was taken down they found extensive termite damage and had to replace the sill of the house. Rob has provided assistance from A to Z on this project and I will use him for any projects I have in the future. His crew is extremely professional and on time daily. Rob's brother is very safety orientated as I have a 2 year old son and he takes extra precautions to make sure the work site, backyard, and inside the home are safe and cleaned daily.

We were very happy with the work performed.  Robert was always extremely responsive to my questions, calls and concerns.  Tier One made all inspection deadlines.  Their woodworking skills are superior to other contractors.  They made sure all new molding matched the rest of our home (our home was built in 1926 so this took some extra work).  I have seem remodeling work done in neighbors homes where this was not done and it really makes a difference.  They also did custom molding on our kitchen cabinets and fixed many problems that arose during cabinet installation (problems with the cabinets themselves).  Robert dealt with all subcontractors and made sure all work stayed within the original budget that we agreed to.  We have a toddler and Robert and John always made sure that the work area was kept clean and everything in my home remained safe for our toddler (no easy task when she was constantly trying to "help" when she saw them).  When the job was completed I think that they left our garage (where tools were kept) cleaner than when they started the job.
I have had a few other minor problems around our home since this project was completed and Robert has been extremely responsive (even on an early Sunday morning).
I feel confident recommending Tier One to friends and neighbors.  I trust that they will do what they promise, perform all work correctly and that they genuinely want their customers to be happy at the conclusion of their work. I also believe that they have experience working on older homes and know how to make sure new work matches the original homes character.   I would use them again in the future.

Robert  Miseta and his bother John and crew were fantastic. I am completely pleased with their work. They are  professional, trustworthy, and caring. As I was doing both bathrooms at the same time,( probably not the smartest thing to do) they were always concerned that I had a working toilet. The old one was removed and reinstalled over several days, adding to their time, but more concerned about me. They take pride in their work and it shows.  Everything was cleaned up every day. They were respectful of my cat, making sure he was in a closed room, especially on the days I was not home.  In one bathroom I keep my old tile on the wall, just had them regrouted. But we need some extra tiles when the old vanity was removed and the wall had not been tiled behind it. These tiles are very old and they searched around looking for a few that would match. The suggestions for places to buy my tile, plumping supplies were excellent suggestions. Robert contracted the person to reglazed the tub and  another to purchase the glass shower which included the installation. Both were excellent choices. The project took a little longer than plan because of items I had ordered that were delayed in arriving. Robert and John are not only professional but genuine nice guys and I will hire them again  without reservation.

Working with Tier One was a great experience.  Robert went above and beyond when managing our renovations - he helped locate all of the materials we needed for the bathroom renovations while securing discounts with his vendors, he and John worked late hours when needed to make deadlines, and always answered (my sometimes repetitive) questions patiently and thoroughly.  I always felt that Robert and John were performing the work correctly and genuinely cared that we were happy with the finished product.  Robert and his team also always left our home extremely clean.  They managed to keep my home practically dust free despite the fact that they were removing plaster walls.  This was extremely important to us because we were living in the home with our baby daughter during the renovations.  We couldn't be happier with the finished product.  Robert and John did a lot of custom work to create wainscoating and crownmolding in one of our bathrooms that matched a picture I found and the end result was that it matched the picture even better than I expected.  Overall, Robert and John are a pleasure to work with and I felt throughout the experience that I could trust them and the work that they were doing.  We look forward to working with them on future renovations.

Robert is a true professional and stands behind all of his work. The scope of our renovation started out smaller than we ultimately completed. We kept expanding the scope of work as we liked the quality of Robert's work and valued his opinions and recommendations for improvement. As the size of the job grew, he took the initiative to make some improvements (such as replacing the sub-floor and much of the electrical wiring) that were not in the original scope, but he knew leaving it as is would not be acceptable. He and his team worked until 9-10pm at night and on weekends to meet stated deadlines and to help us move in to the house on time. His team was fastidious about cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day and they were always concerned about the safety of our kids when it would be too dusty or dangerous for them to be in the house. When my wife walked into the house near completion of the project, she almost cried (with joy). We respect Robert and his team highly and look forward to working with them in the future.

Over all very well. I would use them again. One the first day they brought the contract and said the total price agreed upon earlier did not include the tax. This is why I lowered some of the ratings. During the construction I was informed that they would be taking a week vacation so the expected date to finish was pushed back. This should have been said earlier. But the job was done well.

From our initial meeting through the completion of the project, the experience was very positive. Tier one reviewed our enclosed entrance way verified that they could do the job, as well as provided a Cad-Cam design of what the finished entrance way would look like. Their attention to detail is what I feel separates them from the other contractors we have had in the past. On several occasions Tier one took the time to not only make sure that everything fit properly, but they also took time to make sure that everything looked properly (even and balanced). The work ethic that they demonstrated during our project was second to none. They worked very clean and never left a mess for us to deal with. The have a very of high degree of professionalism while being personable at the same time.

It is hard to find words to describe Tier One Construction and it?s owner Robert Miseta. They are the exception to a looming nightmare of hiring a contractor. We added an addition for my mother, making a raised ranch into a mother daughter home. Robert came to our home to provide an estimate for the job and gave a very thorough explanation of the quality of the materials and installation. This was the 3rd estimate we got for the job, and decided to go with it even thought it was a bit higher than the other estimates because we were convinced that we would be satisfied with the workmanship of the job. Robert Miseta and his crew showed up on time every morning, they kept the site clean and were there hands on throughout the day and monitored the progress with all the subcontractors. He even suggested adding an elevator so my elderly mother didn?t have to take the stairs to get to the garage. What a fantastic idea in making life easier. His staff also worked well with the local building inspector, which counts for a lot in my area. The experience could not have been better. I can?t imagine using anyone else EVER for any future work I have. My mother and I thank you personally for being there at all times you are truly a rarity in this day and age. I would suggest your company to anyone who is looking for a reputable general contractor. If you value high quality work and owners who stand behind their work give them a call.
