Everything was done but this pro didn’t explain clearly how he is doing the job. Things that supposed to be custom he just brings the standard size. This was my first time remodeling my kitchen and I think he took advantage of that not being clear. He never was willing to bring samples. He let me choose the floor and backsplash as a “favor to me” because I always asked for samples. If your contract say that your price included floor, backsplash and countertops you need to expect that your customer asked for samples. At the end I had to buy the countertop because the one that he showed me I didn’t like it of course he refund the money that he had for that (not the real cost). The good thing was that now I have my new kitchen. He did his job and I paid for that.

Darko does what my mother used to call ”old world work” implying a level of workmanship superior to what is currently available under usual circumstances.

Rados Construction was great to work with. I would definitely hire them again. From the initial communication to planning the project through execution, they provided five-star service throughout. And I’m very happy with the new kitchen. Highly recommend!

The work came out AMAZING! This is not our first project with Darko, and this time we had a whole wall of shelves built. Working with Darko is always such pleasure. I engaged Darko, who runs Rados Construction, on wide variety of home repairs at my elderly mom's house in central NJ, ranging from electrical, plumbing, masonry (front steps repair), repairs and replacements of doors, installation of an outdoor lamp post, replacement of vents, and other tasks. Darko is professional & polite, highly skilled, responsive & prompt in all communications, provides accurate estimates, reliable, meets agreed-upon timelines, and his rates are reasonable -- an excellent and rare combo when it comes to contractors. It was a pleasure to work with him. I wholeheartedly recommend Rados Construction without hesitation, and I plan to engage Darko on a significant amount of other work that needs to be done on the house. A+

Rados Construction was by far the best contractor renovation experience I've ever had! Darko was extremely professional ? detailed oriented trustworthy, brought my vision to life?? demo crew was incredibly neat and clean. This was a very important project full bath reno- master bedroom & family room requiring many ADA features which Darko achieved down to the smallest details. Meeting all my specifications...My son & I couldn't be happier!? Darko went above and beyond! I already requested his services for another smaller project.? there is nothing he cannot do from...Demo to plumbing, electrical, tiling, drywall, carpentry, painting. And most important he was very reasonable and fair with overall pricing for his labor.

Excellent contractor. Darko, who performed the work, was courteous and a real pleasure to work with, have in your home. He keeps you informed the entire time and answers any questions you may have. The final product was professionally done and exactly as expected. I highly recommend and plan on using them again.

Very good. Showed up on time. Removed old deck stairs and gate. He Cleaned up, created an inventory list, and purchased all materials needed. Framed and poured a concrete pad. The next day built and installed new stairs and the gate. He followed all are requested project needs. Good job.

Rados construction did weather proofing on the French doors in my family room, as well as the basement door to my garage. We have noticed a tremendous difference, and are now retaining heat in those rooms. Darko was extremely professional, he came by to do a formal quote, and then followed up the next week to complete the job. He does great work, is very organized, and is reasonably priced. Would definitely use him again, and would highly recommend his company!

The job was immaculately and professionally done, the plumber went the extra mile to supply the parts and demonstrated his dexterity, competence and customer services- I am satisfied and strongly recommend him to other clients.

Overall it went well. Job was done in about a week. Ceiling painted and hallway. Installed tiles near the patio area that goes outside. Repaired ceiling cracks, doorbell, etc. installed new smoke detectors and molding in kitchen. Definitely would recommend.
