One Hour Heating & Air

I was confused by their actions since their area code matched mine so I thought they were close by.  I have called them back a second time just so I could make this review fair.  They said they have lots of phone numbers and may have taking over a business....What doe that mean?  When I called them at the number above they also identified themselves by a different company name.  At this time I still don't  understand who they are or if they are located in the town or phone number that is listed above and on the internet.

Made repairs but called to tell me that not only is the cost of repair 277 for a cracked synchronizer, but 115 to replace the fuses.  I refused to pay that amount for fuses since they run only 5 to 16 dollars for 60 AM replacement fuses a Wal-mart or Lowes. Since the fuses, according to the tech, being blown were a result of the cracked synchronizer, it should be part of the service. But charge that much to insert two fuses is crazy. I can understand if that is all they came out to do. I told them that I could replace the fuses myself. 
Replacing a fuses is not a $115 cost on top of other repair. It makes me suspect whether the synchronizer was bad or not as well as suspect the cost as well. The tech was only there a very short time. 
In short, I would not choose anyone who has a cost book that tells them to charge 115 for fuse replacement on top of other repairs.

It went fine. The work was good and they were always on time. They always returned my phone calls and were very professional. I thought the work quality was great and I got my money's worth.
