in 2018 we have another Location in Pequannock, NJ. In business since 1985; 2015 we decided to created A1 Water Conditioning and Solutions Dedicated Solely to the Water Industry. Our mission is clearly to provide All our Customers with the Best Systems for the Best Quality Water. We Do Not Carry 90% of anyone Brand, so we do not have quotas, freeing us to concentrate "on what is Best For the Customer "and "not the Brand we carry". Our Passion is our Customers. We provide the Best Equipment that fits Our Customer NEEDS and Not the other way around. We Service Residential and Commercial properties, including Hospitals, Restaurants, Diners, Nursing Homes, and Hotels. Vinnie Murino partner and CCO has over 35 years in the industry, he learned the business as a teenager from his father Lou who owned Advanced Water Conditioning. Vinnie also worked for Siemens USA and headed projects such as Coors (city) and Lockheed Martin in CO.

Absolutely do NOT recommend...tried to support this family-run small business but their service is terrible, and 3 years later, has continued downhill...I switched to (Company Name Redacted) love them!

Have used A1 for two installations of water condition systems in our residences. Originally, they were terrific for both the installation and salt delivery. The second installation in 2024 didn't go so smoothly, but no major issues. They cancelled our salt delivery last minute due to "employee being ill". They didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment nor did they contact me. Three days later, they then rescheduled me three weeks out for another delivery. When I called to complain, I was told it was their "next available appointment". In other words, they missed their appointment and then put us at the bottom of the list. Nice way to treat a repeat customer.

Exceptional job, we had an emergency issue that needed immediate attention. They had to work with our management company and the town. They took care of all necessary documentation freeing up the management personal, were present for inspections. As expected everything went smoothly. Vinnie was great, all settings were correct and didn't need any updating, but he checked everything out just in case. He only needed to add more salt pellets for the season.

They were very polite and even took off their shoes when they came in. Their price was lower than other estimates that I had gotten. I knew what I wanted and wasn't pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. They were also very kind and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I'd hire them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
