Michael Savage Electric Co

I originally spoke with Mike months ago. I called him several times and left messages as to the timeframe I would need him. When I spoke with him on July 15th with a more definite date (during that same timeframe) he indicated that it would be best if I left a vm at home. He said he would call me back over the weekend. I did as he told me, but he never called. I called him Monday and he gave me the brushoff - He kept saying "I've penciled you in". I didn't get that since he knew that he needed to provide me a firm date as we had discussed previously. He again never called me back to have a real discussion. In addition, Mike's tone was unprofessional and I assumed he knew he was wrong. He basically blew me off. When he finally showed up (I didn't even know he had shown up - he spoke with someone at my house ) he walked in, saw the room and walked out - never calling me at all. If he had it could have been worked out, but by then he continued to show his displeasure and lack of professionalism. He is a big excuse guy and will come up with a million reasons, but the bottom line someone else came through big time with little notice and did an expert job. Mike screwed me big time. No matter what he claims - no one else got it wrong only him. I did try to give him a heads up that I was disappointed and I was going to write a reivew. He shockingly said in his e-mail back to me, that I got it all wrong, I was nasty and if I wrote something I would be a liar. Sad - Mike is a good guy, but this went terribly wrong and I believe his knows it.
