Lawn Tool Repair
Contacted Rusty, HMROMC for repair of snow blower. 
Was referred to Rudy, Housecalls mower repair of ocean county.
Called and explained that my snow blower was not running long at the end of the prior season.  I was home on Sunday morning, and Rudy came to check things out.
Rudy spent at least an hour attempting to fix the snow blower without success.  He determined it was a faulty carb, ordered one, and expected it to arrive in a couple of days.  It didn't arrive in a couple days, and when I contacted them again, I was told it would probably be in over the weekend, or Monday.   It wasn't.  It did arrive the following Friday, and Rudy came out on Saturday to install it.
Rudy was unable to get it working with the new carb, he called Rusty, Housecalls Mower Repair of Mercer County.
Each suggestion Rusty had, Rudy confirmed that he had tried it.  After another hour, Rudy gave up and was going to get another new carb, as he determined that the replacement was faulty.
I never heard from Rudy again.
