Performance Plus Homes is a family owned and operated Modular Home Builder located in Brick, NJ. Our staff is comprised of three generations of Jersey Shore natives that are excited to build your dream home. With our most senior member having over 35 years of experience in everything from the structural steel industry and commercial construction to residential stick-building and modular homes, we have the knowledge and ability to conquer any challenge. Our designers double as our sales team while also having years of experience in the field giving us the unique ability to visualize your home from both structural and aesthetic perspectives simultaneously to design your home in the most timely, cost effective, and visually appealing way. In most cases, the same person that works with you in the early design stages will be there to supervise the set and finish of your new home, while remaining available to you until you are moving in, and beyond. That is a customer service feature that few others can offer. We would also like for you to know that unlike many other modular home builders that have recently sprung up in New Jersey after Super Storm Sandy to take advantage of our misfortune, our family was here all along. We personally lost two homes to Sandy and we are still recovering from her wrath. We understand, first-hand, the hurdles that must be crossed emotionally (…and bureaucratically) to rebuild our homes here at the shore and we go the extra mile to help you through and make it as pleasant an experience as it can be.
