the installer arrived and completed the job in one day which consisted of two bedrooms a living room and a hallway. the installer did an exceptional job and left the apartment broom swept. professionalism all the way from the showroom to the installation. Highly recommend Taylor flooring and will use their services again. Angies list needs to add an A+ to this site ;-)

We chose Taylor Flooring based on location and Angie's List reviews. We were very pleased with the help we received in their showroom to direct us to quickly find the correct choice of carpet. Installers showed up on time and did not hurry thru the installation. They were extremely professional and attentive to their work.  
This was not an easy job as there was a lot of sq footage and the installers had to carry the huge roll of carpet up newly refinished stars that are narrow , had 2 sharp turns and has attic ceilings.  They were extremely careful not to damage the stairs and walls.  The job took 5 hours and came out beautiful.  Everyone that has seen the upstairs has had nothing but wonderful comments.  The quality of the carpet and padding was outstanding, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I contracted for a more expensive tile flooring in my Upstairs Hall and closet leading to three bedrooms.  I decided on a good quality sheet flooring for the Master Bedroom and Closet and 2 other bedrooms.  I couldn't afford to put the expensive tile flooring in all the rooms, but I was able to find a more affordable vinyl for the other rooms which almost exactly mirror the expensive tile.

My flooring is not perfectly level in some areas, but due to professional installation, you cannot see it or even notice.  I had some picky requests as to exactly where I wanted my tile to end or fit  They did it perfectly to my satisfaction.  They left the rooms clean and ready for use.  My family love's the new flooring.   Couldn't be happier.

Very well.  We had to match a Berber carpet upstairs, and we were able to do so pretty well.  The installers came on time, and were done in a very short time.  The stairs have a turn in them, so it wasn't a simple job.    The result was a well done installation, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Everything was fine.  They did a wonderful job.  They are a local company.  I will use them again.

Amazing place. Bill Taylor is a great, honest, knowledgeable guy.  We purchased both hardwood flooring from him as well as wall to wall carpeting and his guys install it.  His prices were great and he was also knew his stuff and could make great recommendations. We compared his prices to several big chains and his were better. And the service and knowledge blew the other places away. Taylor Flooring is the only place we will use in the future. 
His installers did a great job and also were good enough to point out a leak we had from a pipe that would have eventually ruined the carpet. They helped clean the foundation dry and installed everything except that one spot.  They agreed to come back in 2 weeks to finish that one area. Both times they showed up exactly on time. They were hard workers and didn't chit chat or relax.

Bill Taylor and his staff were helpful, patient and empathetic in their interactions with me. I needed new flooring due to damage from Superstorm Sandy. Installation was perfect from scheduling, follow through and follow up. Will highly recommend Taylor Flooring.

From start to finish I was extremely satisfied. I was apprehensive about choosing both carpeting and company since I hate mathe king final decisions. I read many good reviews about Taylor's and decided to stop in to the store. From the moment I entered the store I felt welcome. I explained the project I had in mind. The owner showed me several selections. he had noticed me looking at a more expensive carpet and guided me to a selection that was lessx expensive but of equal quality. He answered all of my questions patiently and sent me home with several samples to look at in my home.
The installation went flawlessly and right on schedule. I will never go anywhere else.
Believe me that going to the big box stores is a losing decision. You won't get the personal interest, service or advice.

They installed a new vinyl floor in our kitchen. Because they had the flooring in stock they were able to install the floor & all the trims in a few days from the day we decided the pattern & had the floor measured by Bill. The whole experience was very friendly, professional and the installation was flawless. We highly recommend Taylor Flooring, and especially like using a local business. They were very accommodating.

The floors are walnut and absolutely beautiful.  I had gotten a few different quotes and even though Taylor cost a tiny bit more (the others didn't offer this floor), I got what I paid for.  I have never gotten so many compliments as I have for these floors.  The guys were neat, professional, and quick.  i would recommend Taylor Flooring 100%.

They were very helpful with picking out the flooring that would not clash with the flooring around it. they came to the home multiple times and showed a lot of interest in patients. They did a great job.

Took longer than anticipated.  First, order was lost, then not all the carpet was shipped.
Once all that was resolved, the installation went fine and carpet looks good.

The office staff I would grade with Bs across the board. Sometimes they are a little hard to get ahold of.  The installation staff I would grade with all As.  They are excellent. The are proficient and punctual.  They had quite a messy job and left it immaculate,  They had to lay a leveling agent that required them leaving and coming back and they didn't complain. They are wonderful.  They are very convenient to my home and I use them quite often
