Overall the experience with them was horrible. It took over 6 weeks to get everything figured out and at that it still wasn't fully resolved. Also, they  never made good on the 5th stove. They are just horrible. I would never use them again.

The entire experience was very positive.  My refrigerator "died" and I lost everything in the freezer and fridge section.  I reviewed various models of refrigerators and got information both on line, on the phone or in person.  I prefer not  to buy from a "warehouse/box store".  When I took my information  to Stoherer's and explained the situation, they were very up front with me that it would be difficult to get something immediately but felt they would be able to accommodate my request within a short period of time.  It was then they offered to provide me with "a loaner" refrigerator until the order could be fulfilled.  And that's exactly what happened.  Although it took a little longer than expected to get the new one, having the loaner made that a moot point.  When my refrigerator came in, I was called and the new one was delivered at a convenient time for me.  Am I happy with Stoherer's - you betcha!!!

Stohrer's Appliance Sales and Service offered us a deal we couldn't refuse when the subzero compressor went out. It was still under warranty, but they offered us a great deal on a brand new one for less than half it's price. We decided to do that so the repair was never done. The price reflected is what we paid for a new $4000 subzero.
