It went very well and we had no problems.  I've also recommended them to my neighbors and friends and they have had very good experiences as well.  If have to call them for a problem, they come right away.

They were very good in service.

They were very prompt. When they said they were going to be there, they were there. They were helpful in choosing like a color combination. They were just personable, friendly, and got the work done on time.

WOW - GREAT RESPONSE - GREAT WORK.  We live one mile from the beach and
lost a number of roof shingles during Hurricane Sandy.  Every town
around was devastated.  AND we have another major storm coming tomorrow
so immediate repairs were required.  Today is Tuesday November 6th. I
called Schuler Roofing on Sunday night, someone came to our house
yesterday (Monday) morning to give us an estimate and they showed up this
morning at 8 am and finished the repairs by 9 am.  The shingles match
what we already had on the house.  Definitely the fastest service I have
ever gotten.  I called five other roofers and no one else called me
back.

Great company, they return calls, are on -time, neat with work and very polite.

My experience could not have been better.  I received three quotes and Schuler's was the middle quote.  What made the quote was the fact they would flash in copper.  That stood out to me.  From the moment we agreed on the price to the end of the project I could not have been happier.  Work was completed in one day!!!  All the workers were professional and focused on doing a good job.  I felt thier price was fair.I have already recommended this compnay to two nieghbors and will work with them again, should the need arise.Our new roof looks great!!!

This is the second time I have used this firm and in both instances the jobs went extremely well. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and the roof looks terrific.

During heavy rains one summer weekend we discovered that we had a leak in our roof.  After being stood up twice by another contractor, I called Schuler Roofing and am SO happy that I did.  They returned my call within an hour, and someone from Schuler was at my house within two hours to check the roof.  He pinpointed the problem and said they could put me on their schedule, but he said it would be about two weeks before they could get to it.  Just a few days later, Hurricane Irene was on its path toward us.  As it was becoming more certain that we were going to get hit by the storm, I was getting more and more worried that my small roof leak was going to be a BIG problem.  Finally, two days before the hurricane hit (and maybe a week after they first came to my house), I called Schuler and left a message asking them if, in light of the impending storm, they could come and do anything to secure the leak, even if it was a temporary fix until they got to me on their schedule.  I figured it was a long shot but I called anyway.  However, they promptly returned my call, and they told me that they would try to come that same day.  And despite rain and thunderstorms, they came and completed the entire repair (not just a temporary fix).  It rained like crazy that weekend, and we stayed dry.  When it comes time for a new roof, I'm definitely calling these guys.

I had Home Depot replace my roof about 3 years ago.  Since then I have had a leak in one of my dormers.  I have had HD come out several times a year to fix the issue.  All they did was put more caulk in the seams.  Fed up with this, I decided to get a real roofer.  I called Schuler and they were out the next day to look at the problem. They told me what the problem was and how they would fix it.  As I thought is was going to be somewhat substainal.  They hade to put flashin around the dormer walls and the roof something that was never done by Home Depot.  They also installed a gutter and downspout so wahter would not runn off the dormer roof onto the window.  Totally professional.  No song and dance.  Truely professional roofers not some of the "fly by night" that major wharehouse stores use.  My recomendation is to use Schuler.  Get your roof done right the first then.  Do not do what I did,  spend the extra few houndred dollars and have peace of mind.  It will save you $1000's in the end.  Great job Schuler!!  No more leaks:)

I was so impressed with the customer service first off, my call was returned the same day and an appointment was set for the following week. The roofs on both my home and garage were torn down and installed in one day and I never found even one nail on my grounds afterward. They are professional and do a fabulous job. I had a recent incident with all the rain we had and Rich Schuler himself came to take a look. Within 5 days he sent someone to repair the shingles above just in case. After being disappointed by so many companies in the past it is a pleasure to be able to brag about someone. You won't be disappointed.

I knew the house I bought had an old roof that would need to be replaced but after one week a leak appeared and re-roofing became more urgent. Mr. Schuler came out promptly to give me an estimate, he was very straightforward, no pressure. He gave me a price for the roof and told me that some flashing around my chimney should also be replaced, he gave me a separate price for that in case I wanted him to do it. I contracted with him and we set up a date. His team arrived on time and worked hard all day. They were polite and seemed eager to answer any questions I had and explain anything I asked about. When they left my yard was probably cleaner than it was when they arrived. I have no complaints and would recommend Schuler Roofing.

The guy came for an estimate. He was very nice and professional. Returned later for the repair. He did an excellent job. Came in about 20 dollars over estimate due to rotting found in the roof. Did the job very quickly and would definitely use his services in the future.

Richard did the estimate. On the work date, he arrived in the morning, but had his brother and another worker do the labor on the roof. Both did a very professional job, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly.

The project was completed in one working day. The dumpster was dropped off the night before, the work crew arrived early in the morning, the old shingles were removed, and new shingles attached. The work was completed by 4 PM, and the area was completely cleaned up.

Although they were slow to respond to telephone calls Schuler finally came over the dis an excellent job on the roof. I don't have a ballpark for how much these kinds of repairs should cost (though estimates ranged from $500 to $1200), the work was about $1,000. They did a fine job. I won't know, however, if the leak will stop until we hit the heavy rain season. They did promise to come back if leaks persisted. I was very satisfied with their work and would hire them again. Excellent local roofers.

I was really impressed with this roofer. They came on a Saturday and got the work done very quickly. We have a difficult roof because it's on a 45 degree angle, but that didn't phase them a bit. Their price was really great especially since they came on a Saturday.
