Flooring
Well, he was not at all punctual for starts. Our project was delayed by weeks. They did a fine job installing the new floor. However, the finishing was another story. Our job was to install a new floor, stain and 3 coats of poly. There was a lot of "debris" in the poly. I assume that his crew did not do a good enough job vacumming. In addition, each and every floor board looked like it had a case of acne. After the 2nd coat of poly, we asked what would be done about this. He said that it would be of course fixed in the final coat. Not.
He came with very good recommendations. But, he did not perform for us. In addition, he way over committed after the Sandy flood it seems to be so could not be depended on to show up as agreed. So no, we would not use him again and I would caution anyone who would.
