I understand that issues can arise when doing a job, but the lack of communication is what made me give them a 3 star. They did a leaf clean up job on a Friday, their truck broke down, so totally understandable, but no contact with company until I called 4 times on the following Tuesday until someone answered. Voicemail was full so couldn't leave message with company or person that did the job. I totally understood that the rain & snow we received could also cause a delay, but there was no communication with me to let me know they were still coming to finish the job. Town issued a warning because leaves & debris sat on roadside for 6 days. They finally came on the following Thursday to pick up leaves & also did a nice job of trimming bushes & removing all the branches in yard as well. All I can suggest is that you need to communicate with your customers better in the future. They had my phone number and email, so I was easy to reach at any time.

They were good the first few times I used them but this last time will be their last. Gave me a quote but didn't adequately tell me his hourly amount was per worker on the job not the total time. If he would have been honest I'd still be a customer. Would not recommend.

Excellent work and super efficient

I spoke with him once, now I cannot get in touch with him! He does not respond to call, email, text. Very disappointing.

Adam arrived when scheduled to give me a proposal to purchase and spread 15 tons of river gravel (stones) in my back yard. We had to cancel and reschedule the work due to severe weather, but he rescheduled for the next available good day and was there first thing in the morning. Job was done in less than half a day and looks great. We get compliments on the appearance.

This was a hard job to get my yard under control. They did a tremendous amount of work in 2 days. I will be using them for leaf cleanup and will have them back in the spring for more work.
