Had them as a cleaning service a while back (between 2001 and 2003), but I thought I would post what happened anyway. You never get the same cleaners every week, they don't speak English so there is no real communication. They sat on the front steps to wait for their ride when they were done. They broke an expensive picture frame (which happens). I called to report it and spoke to someone but they never tried to reimburse me (less than $50). I called again and they never returned my call. That's when I went elsewhere. If you're not picky about who cleans your house or what happened to your belongings, this service is fine.

She was very nice but it was difficult to communicate because her employees did not speak very much English, and were able to reach very high to clean.
