CAL HEATING & AIR COND

Overall the experience did not go well. He installed the unit and I did use the AC very sparingly for 2 or 3 days since it was fall but when the summer came along I began having big issues with it. I've had them come twice to look at it but when he came to look at it he claims that everything is fine with the outside unit. He says that it is an issue inside the house but he refuses to go up to the attic to investigate the problem or do further work. He suggested that I replace the air ducts, but I want him to find and confirm what the problem is first. I feel that he is condescending when he speaks to me. He wants to do the work for $2,000 or $3,000 but doesn't want to do any further investigation to confirm the issue.
