Cadillac Pools

Excellent. Bill and his daughter, Pamela, are professional, knowledgable and very punctual and courteous. We are lucky we found them through Angie's List. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bill was one of 6 contractors who submitted bids for the liner replacement.  While not the lowest price, he did point out issues with the existing installation that probably affected the tearing of the existing liner. He offered to repair these items at no additional cost. None of the other vendors even pointed out these deficiencies.  I expect that they might have after getting the job, with associated additional costs.  He came by twice to make sure we were happy with the liner selection before ordering.  He was able to save some of the water from the pool which lowered my water bill, always a plus.  Prior to the actual replacement,  he did extensive repairs to the pool floor at no extra charge.  The replacement went smoothly and professionally.  We were very pleased with the work.   Bill did a fantastic job replacing the pool liner.  He is meticulous and takes tremendous pride in his work which shows in the finished product. 
He is very easy to work with and attentive to the needs of the customer, expecting nothing less than a perfect job.

Send someone to open the pool - they closed it before. There was a leak from the heater (apparently from the hi temp sensor), so they never started the system. They also did not bypass the heater to start the system, so the pool just sat there. Bill came back, ripped out the wires from the heater, disconnected it from the entire system, moved it, and just left it as is. He called me that he will look for parts, and come back.

That was 3 weeks ago. I called him, emailed him, texted him numerous times. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. He and his company ruined the heater from improper closure of prior year, then ripped out wiring and piping, and then damaged the heater by moving it around.

Again, never a response, callback, or text. Completely disappeared. This is unbelievable. Now we have to spend close to $5,000 on fixing what he broke and the new heater.

Not sure how to proceed with this situation, but will NEVER use him or his company again.

The work was completed on time and done well.

I would not recommend Cadillac. They were very unprofessional when they came out. They never finished the job as they left the pool heater broke, which had never happened before, and he did not come out to fix the heater. They put the liner in and there were parts that were not right so he would send a young boy out to deal with me and I could never get a hold of him personally.

Everything went fine. It was excellent. They were very reliable, they explained everything. They were very conscientious. Their price was good. I had quotes from some others; it was a good price. I would use their services again in the future.

Each project began with an estimate, project timeline and some good options. Each project was performed above expectations and for the exact quote. On one project, they initially underestimated the cost on a required part, and offered (rather insisted) on covering the difference. I was really impressed with his honesty and willingness to stick to the project cost even though he did not have direct control on the cost of the part.

I reached out to Cadillac Pools through another service website, the owner Bill picked up and even though he was booked for Memorial day weekend squeezed me in for an appointment that Friday. Bill came promptly at 7pm and got right to work with two of his employees. By 8 pm the pool was opened, however, they cam across a problem with the pump. Instead of just telling me the pump was broken, Bill checked the outlet and pump for electricity, both were ok. Then Bill ran a cheat plug to bypass the other plug to see if that was the problem, he was 100 percent correct. At that point it was 9:30 PM. He told me exactly what parts to buy in the morning and he returned the next day to finish the job. Bill went above and beyond the job that i called him for yet he did not raise the price one bit. I even had a question on Monday and Bill was kind enough to help me out over the phone. I could not have asked for better service.
