Originally owned by father who was very pleasant.  Son, Brian is beyond unpleasant.  He is argumentative and nasty! He has an attitude every time I've spoken with him, and acts as though he works for the insurance underwriters, and not for his clients! When we hired an insurance adjuster after Hurricane Sandy, they contacted him for specific information on our policy, and he refused to give them anything, and told them to call ME for information!  They already had my policy, but had specific questions which I could not answer.  My insurance company is not the one giving me a problem, it's only my AGENT who is supposed to be working on MY behalf!!!  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS AGENCY!!! I've put down that it was provider's location, but most contact has all been by phone.  The few times my husband went to his office, he was just as nasty in person!
