They came by to inspect the leak and they had to order a special part to fix the issue. I never heard from them after that appointment. I have called since to reschedule and ask where they are on the issue and they said they were going to send someone out but no one ever came. I thought their prices were a little high.

They put in entirely new pipes in two places. I was delighted with it, so I could put what I wanted on the taps. When I started to use the hose, it had affected the pressure to the point where it doesn?t water the lawn anymore. I called the owner and he came out, tested the pressure from where the water comes in from the city service. He never did anything about it and said everything was fine. The water pressure is still messed up.
