The sanitizer really wasn't necessary and it cost a lot. We were talked into it. UPDATE: They did come back out and try to make it better and we were happy with that.

Had rugs cleaned in two bedrooms in a recently purchased property. I could see the rugs getting cleaner as they went over it with the steam machine. Overall great job, the guys were friendly, quick and professional. Will use again. Is the scotch guard for real? Not sure but I gave it a shot.

These guys were great. I received a call about 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. Introduced themselves asked me questions and got to work. It completed it quickly and it looks great. They also cleaned up fast!

This Stanley Steamer was so efficient on the phone and giving me an estimate on the phone. They came in and did the work professionally and I am very happy with the outcome of it. They were on time, they got in and out, and everything was terrific. Their prices were very reasonable.

I did not get what I had thought and may be the half that we had looked at was not thought either. They were pretty aggressive. It cost me a couple of hundred dollars and that was because I was thought into a great cleaning job which didn't come out hundred percent in the kitchen and the tiles. That was a quick add on to the cost. I can’t compare their price as I’ve never had anybody else to do the job. I wouldn't use them again in the future.

We won't use them again. They were pretty aggressive. We bought into a cleaning job, which didn't come up to 100% in the kitchen tile. That was kind of a quick add-on, and that was kind of perfunctory, I think. The overall experience was average. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

I have used Stanley Steemer 4 times in different parts of the country. I always had great, reliable service from them. I recently called the one in Pleasantville, NJ and they came out on time the next day. The rug cleaning was OK. No big deal. The reasons some spots were not removed was, in their opinion, from a previous rug treatment that used to much soap in their product. I had the hardwood floors cleaned in the high traffic areas of the kitchen and mudroom. It was a disaster and they did a terrible job. They stated that due to a prior floor treatment the floors could not be cleaned correctly after they already were using a machine to clean the floors. As it became apparent that the floor was not done well, time became a big concern. The amount of time it was taking to do the job was an issue for them, not how well the job was done.

The service was fine and fast which was nice.

Our house smelled nice after our carpets were cleaned. We also could not see the spots very well that were there before the carpet people came.

I liked Stanley. I was hesitant to use them at first but I found them to be pretty good. My carpets really looked a lot better after they were here and they did get out the pet stains even when I thought they would not be able to. I was pretty impressed with them.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THEY DID A SATISFACTORY JOB. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE ALSO RELIABLE. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR TOO.
