He was very professional and helpful. He figured out that my smoke detector was connected to my security system and was not like the other smoke detectors in the house. He waited while I contacted my security company and helped to explain the issue.

I had a punch list of 4 items. The final item was not completed b/c I was told an HVAC technician was needed. Their sister company 1 hr heating and air was supposed to follow up with an estimate and appt. The follow up didnâ t happen. After a few days I called to follow up and was told Iâ d hear Monday. No call, no text. My job is left unfinished.
