CAR TOYZ

Paid $500 for equipment and installation. Later found equipment online for $40 and could have installed the display myself with some double faced tape. The sensors look well done, like the factory installed. However, the operation is sometimes questionable. For what I paid and what I got, I'm not happy!

A little expensive but did a great job.

I received two Myron and Davis AE51 headphones at $50 each. I found later that that model had been discontinued and that they were available for under $30 from Amazon. I did not receive an owners manual or documentation explaining how I can also use them for my home system (since I appear to have been rolled for an inflated price.) Other than that the DVD player appears to be fine, but I have doubts that it was really worth the $250 that I paid.

The personnel were very helpful in my determining the right tint for my windows. Once that was determined, I made an appointment to get the job done. I should mention that they offered to do the job that same day and have the car done by 7pm. They offered to have a driver bring me home and pick me up. I decided not to take advantage of that service because of other prior commitments and I needed that particular vehicle for the rest of the day. I want to also mention that this was a very busy auto accessory operation with about 7 bays. All the bays had cars in them in various stages of customization. I brought the car in at the scheduled time first thing in the morning so that the car would be done by noon. Their driver courteously drove me back to my home. When the car was finished (on time), I received a call telling me that. When I went to pick up the car, I was greeted by name. I inspected the car and the work was absolutely perfect in every way. I paid my bill and was given instructions to not open the windows for the next 3 days. In addition, the windows were "child locked out" from the drivers control and 2 bright warning stickers were over my controls to not open the windows for 3 days. I felt this was a very professional touch. All in all, my overall experience was 100% positive and I highly recommend Car Toyz to anyone wanting to accessorize their vehicles.
