I dont want to pay $1200, so I have been requesting a refund of my deposit since Feb 26. it is now March 31st and no refund. And its impossible to get the corporate office. I tried calling Cherry Hill and Marlton phone numbers and apparently its a number attached to a call center overseas. The call center said you cannot reach an office gave me another number I called them and they said they' d refer it ot the sales manager(of what?). BUYER BEWARE!
Description of Work: This ADT salesperson, Michael Washington, was out of Marlton or Cherry Hill, NJ. I wanted a hardwired alarm system installed and he told me that it would cost $600+tax, which I agreed to, then when the installer came a week later, he said that there would be an additonal $100 PER WINDOW because the sales person only indicated wiring for bottom of window, not taking into consideration that the top of the window opened also, which would be another $600 for a total of $1200 for the ADT installation. How does a person who does this for a living not know that windows can open from BOTH top and bottom and if only the bottom is wired, your vulnerable at top????
