Highly unprofessional. Didn't want to cover maintenance that we were told was covered the first year when we bought the car. Salesman lied directly to our faces when service asked him what he told us. He produced a page to our sales agreement that neither I nor my wife had seen - it had been added to the back page at a later time. It said we had only had 2 oil changes and 1 tire rotation for the year. Bait and switch. In the end they gave in and didn't charge us. They will never see us again.

My last visit was free service for a used Infiniti that I purchased from Admiral. I also purchased a new Maxima from them a few years ago. Early last year I started the process of buying another new Maxima but decided to wait. The salesman Ron was extremely helpful and refunded my deposit with no problems. I subsequently returned to Admiral and purchased the Infiniti. I always had my Maxima service by them and was always completely satisfied. When I purchased new tires from them, the price was better than at the local tire dealers. I would highly recommend Admiral for both sales and service.

They're personable and very professional. You can really talk with them about the car and get some straight answers about things. We get a call from them a few week afterwards asking how it went. In other words, they seemed concerned about having everything done properly.
