Action Landscaping

I have used them for the last four years and they do a great job.  They were just doing my lawn and then I had them install my sprinklers and fencing.  This year they are doing my 11 step program.  They are extremely responsive, polite and thorough.

The lawn looks horrible.  My husband gave money before installation.  They put the cheapest head on the sprinklers.  The other lawn guy told me they used the cheapest things.  He wasn’t good at all.  I paid a lot of money and I got bad lawn.  They were not coming.  My husband paid them upfront and asked to do a good job but they didn’t do a good job.  Even when I asked them to fix something they left.  He left it at the back of the house and outside and the other guy said it should be underground because if somebody hits it, it can be injurious. So I had other guy do it.  They were coming every week and the lawn looks bad.  My experience was terrible.  When he came I tried to talk to him but he was on the phone and was not kind enough.  This guy was always on the phone and didn’t hear what I was saying and would walk around.  One time I called them and said I don’t want this guy but the other one and they sent the same one and he tried not to talk over the phone but his telephone kept ringing and he had to answer.  Even when my lawn was done he was still sending people to trim because it is $40.  I paid too much.  They were pushing when I called and I asked him to lower the price because I make less money and he said he can’t go lower than three and he was the boss and I didn’t like his attitude.  He promised me to fix at the end but he never showed up.  I am not happy with the job.  They were on time and when I called they showed up.  They came when they wanted to come as my husband was at home.
