Fine.  No probs.  Also suggested getting air ducts cleaned, and tried to sell us that service at time of visit.

It ended up costing me more than the deal. It was very misleading.

i asked the provider to come and give me a estimate for the service, this way i was sure what the project would cost me. I was assured that the price advertised on Angies list was not going to change.
first  they first show up over 1 hour late of the schedule appointment, then the tech starts to do his inspection and said by the way i have charge you an additional $400.00 because of the type of unit.    On their website website they show a method on how they clean the ducts with air pressure and a attachment to send down the vent pipes. well that never happened  they only blow away the dust from the front vent (never took vent cover off to actually clean)

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They reached me on time. The listed price was different from the final price because I have 2 floors. They did good service. The quality was good, they responded quickly, and they showed up on time.

There were a few vents he forgot to do....very rushed

It went great. They were quick, clean, and thorough. I don't remember them being late.

It was alright.  He was done in 30  minutes and took a lot of breaks.  A previous company that cleaned the vents was here for 2 hours.  It wasn't worth the money.

It seemed all right. I thought they would have used brushes, but they only used a vacuum to clean out the vents. I was not terribly impressed but it was fine. They were very nice people. They sent one person out to do the job. He got the job done in a few hours. The cleanup was like he was never here.

The gentleman who came to clean the vents was quick, efficient and kind. He left everything as clean as it was when he arrived. I would definitely use them again.

It seemed to go so fast that I was concerned that he couldn't have cleaned the ducts. But upon inspection I was very pleased to see what a good job had been done.

Problems scheduling appointments. I was told my vents were Pristine and very clean I am 71 yrs and very thankful to Angie's List for their support. I feel this job was not competed as presented and coupon was not clear . If I had known I could have use the reverse on my canister vacuum and saved $199.00
