We signed a contract and spoke to the company several times to confirm a start date. Never showed up, wouldn't answer calls or emails. Delayed our project for over a month.

At least he admitted the job was too much for him. Want him to do some else but have not heard from him.

Got an automated email message saying someone will call me within 2 days to schedule an appointment. Never received a call back.

John Kullich took care of two locations on the same day for me. I had a lot of questions regarding pressure washing of gutters and possibly an older roof. He's always a pleasure to deal with. He advised that the roof didn't really need to be done at this time. There's never a hard sell, and I can rely on him to give me honest and direct answers. I had a terrible rear gutter with limited access filled with debris (no leaf guards) that I thought would be very difficult to take care of. John took it in stride, cleaned it all out, and even helped me by trimming some branches that were hanging on the roof (adding to the debris problem). The cleaned concrete and fence look so much better. Everything is now treated, clean, and shiny, and I'm thrilled with the results. They have great attention to detail, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Thank you, John!

I didn't know my front steps were pink! I thought they were gray, but apparently, I routinely hired the wrong people to power wash them. I couldn't be happier that I hired Hot Wash. These guys really know what they are doing.

John and his team(family business) where amazing!! We hired John though Angieslist. He came out. Let us know what we needed to do to bring our decks back to life. Extremely knowledgeable. He is a total professional. Five of the neighbors on the street hired him to do there decks at the same time. Everyone was so happy with the work that was done. Two neighbors hired John to power wash there homes and remove algae growing on the siding. We would 100% hire and work with John again.

After spending money to pressure wash out home we realized that the pavers were not complete. We contacted him to perform what few would do right and he knew his craft. John washed and re-sanded our pacer patios quickly and before we knew it the job was done. John was easy to work with and didn’t waste time or make excuses. I recommend his services and don’t be afraid to ask questions .. he’s ready!

I have to eat crow in this review. I had asked for an estimate from them over a month ago which I received in a couple of days at a reasonable price. I followed up with an email and "thought" they never got back to me. Well I received an email and not only did I get a voicemail from the owner right after the email, he actually told me not to spend the money just yet since the deck was in great shape. Not many professionals give you that response. I plan on hiring in the them in the fall because of their responsiveness, honesty and fair pricing. Real pro's here.

I had a great experience with Hot Wash. John was great to work with - very responsive to all messages and was transparent about the services that would be provided. The pressure washing performed was really well done and my siding looks new again - I would highly recommend.

They provided a quote fairly quick and were competitive and flexible on pricing. They included what others wouldn’t normally include in their quote. BUT, after the quote they disappeared and were unreachable after phone calls and email. Not sure what happened but it was clearly a waste of mine their time. If they can’t get back to me I wonder what the service would’ve been like.

John did an outstanding job removing the fairly extensive moss, algae, and black mold that took root on my shingle/membrane roof during the last several rainy years. He even removed the moss that was growing on my front steps and chimney. Then cleaned my gutters! He was really into explaining the chemistry of how salts in the eco-friendly chemicals he uses act to kill the roots of the moss, something that store-bought moss killers just can't do. And unlike most roof cleaners I contacted, John uses hot water so that he can apply lower pressure on the power wash, making it less likely that your shingles will be damaged. I wish every contractor was as conscientious as this guy. Call Hot Wash LLC, I promise that you will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about John and his team. I have a 20x40 deck that was neglected for years. I was so concerned that the whole deck needed to be torn down. John answered every question I had, including walking me through the process of picking out the stain. He was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to make me feel comfortable about the entire process. My deck looks great and I am so happy with the results. If only every business owner was as good as John. Highly, highly recommend.

John did a great job! The mildew and grime are gone, even the stains on the front porch. He was a pleasure to deal with - he did what he said he would, and more. He did it when it was scheduled and charged the price he quoted - actually, he charged a dollar less. Totally pleased.

Excellent service! We were so pleased that we are hiring them again in the fall for roof cleaning and deck power washing and staining.

From estimate to completion this was an exceeds expectations type of project. Initial consult from John was educational and results were as promised. Even though the rain had impact on timelines John kept us posted as to his return. We have already recommended him to a friend.

Another OUTSTANDING job. John is amazing. I have a Trek deck and over the years it had developed a disgusting thick coating of black and green mold. it was embarrassing to see. John worked tirelessly in the rain for over an hour and the nine year old deck and steps look like new. This is the third time my family has used John of Hot Wash. Highly recommend. him for the professionalism , responsiveness , fair price and quality of work. He goes above and beyond in customer service.

I have never had such professional and customer service oriented experience such as this. I was given such great detail as to the process, chemicals, and stains being used on my home that made me feel completely confident in the job they would do. Once the work was done, my house had a total transformation and looks beautiful thanks to Hot Wash. I can't say enough about this company and the great service they provide!
