The business office and billing clerk, Alison, is the most unprofessional, uneducated worker you will ever encounter. She must be a family member because there is no way she was hired based on her skills. The service is EXCELLENT (thanks Todd!). However the company billing practices are the worst. Mediocre office workers. Could not get their billing right this entire year (2024). Then blamed me for not paying the bill when I have provided them with ACH bank account information when I signed up for their service 2 years ago. YOUR FINANCIAL DATA WILL BE COMPROMISED!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Got a verbal quote over the phone. Got charged over double the amount. They never came to pick up the container. I called and they seemed confused that I even had one! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER. NEVER, NEVER, USE THEM!!! They unorganized and are a bunch of thieves.
