The Cool Heat LLC

I had 2 refrigerators that needed repair. One he fixed, no problem. Very personable guy in the beginning. Frindly, but then he asked me out. When I excused myself and turned him down, very nicely. His attitude changed. On the refrigerator that is now totally nonfunctional, I think was over his head. Never told me I should get someone else. He said he contacted the manufacturer and could not get the part. He said they still use the part in other models but had no way of finding it. The manufacturer! Anyway, he said they suggested a workaround, where he threw out the thermostat, which seemed to be the problem and hard wired it to be at the same setting all the time. The problem was back immediately and the unit ran 24 hours a day. I set up 3 different Saturdays appointments with him over the course of a month. Never called or showed up! Still to this day many months later he has never called. I have a very expensive unit pulled out onto the floor of my kitchen non functional and missing a part that may not have been the problem. (and according to him, is not available)
