Very poor cellular service with Sprint in Myrtle Beach

I like them. They are very good. I have no problems with them. I can go any place and call and have a good service. I think the price is very good. Every time I need them, they are there. They are very professional. If you need help, they will help you.

I have what I need from it. I use it only as a phone. There are no lose calls but calls will break up although I’m not sure that’s the fault of my phone. I’ve had them since 2004 when I decided to get a cellphone. They’ve just been around, they’re advertised. So I took it and it’s been satisfactory.

The reception has not been good and I will often experience my calls being dropped. I have not received some of my messages. I have tried to contact them regarding my complaint and I do not hear anything back from them. Also when we had the power outage from Sandy, I did not have service for about 3 weeks and I was not given credit instead I was charged.

They are very socially conscious and that is why he sticks with them. But they are super expensive. They are good. In addition to the mobile services we also have the long distance attached to it.

They are affordable and their services are fine.

They provide me with phone and data service. I am satisfied with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

I like their price. Once in a while I will lose my signal when I am traveling. I had to pay extra for roaming charges. I will continue to use them in the future.

I bought this with the understanding that I had 14 days to evaluate the service. I was told that I could return at any time during that time for a full refund. As it turned out, the service was quite slow as compared with my coworker's Verizon MiFi. I returned it after exactly one week. I was then told about the $35 restocking fee which turned into $39.10. I was annoyed but I did get some use out of it, so I was will to pay something for it. The following month I got a bill for $63.37 from Sprint. I called and told them that I had returned the device. They said "No problem. You'll get a statement in a couple of weeks showing a $0 balance". The following week I got a letter from a collection agency. The payment is now one week late and it's been sent to collections! I called Sprint again and got the same story that I'll get a $0 balance statement shortly. Today, two months later, I get yet another statement from Sprint with the $63.37 overdue balance. I called and asked for a supervisor this time. The supervisor informs me that the $63.37 if for service startup fees. I politely told her that I'm not, under any circumstances, going to pay those fees. It's sad that after getting a device that performs so poorly that I decide to return it, that they have the audacity to ask me to pay for the startup fees. I would urge anyone considering using Sprint to reconsider.

I didn't like them. I had a problem with my new phone and they wouldn't replace it or give me a discount. You had to wait a long time to get service and then all they could say was that they couldn't do anything.

I had problems in certain areas getting any service at all, and I was having some problems with their phone also. They seem to keep you on hold forever and tend to pass the buck as far as any problems are concerned. They have too many inexperienced customer service representatives. After my contract is over with them in April, I will never use them again as a service provider. They also told me I could not get a battery for less than $60 for my phone.
