They did a really good job. They were the only ones to treat the inside and outside of my garage. I had coverage on the inside and the outside. Their treatment killed it right away. Their guy they sent out was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

After two visits ants remained a problem. we tried to get in contact with company to resolve issue; nothing but crickets. Don"t waste time with this vendor unless you like losing money.

"I have reached out to this client to discuss their bad experience. We have not heard back yet. Mantis has no record of ever treating her house for ants. This is a big concern considering we were given a bad review for not getting rid of them! We DO have record of treating her home for MICE. Our records indicate we went to the house ONE time, not twice as stated by the customer. I am not sure why the discrepancy? I would really like to clear this matter up. Mantis has survived nearly 50 years as a small business by proudly serving our clients and we stand behind our work. If a client is unhappy we take it seriously. Hopefully this can be rectified. We had heard scratching sounds in the attic. Tech identified possible mouse droppings and distributed poison in the attic, basement and garage. No sounds heard since the treatment.

I already sprayed the wasp nest before they arrived, they had a really poor and vocal opinion about the spray I used for no good reason. In fact, contrary to their opinion when the inspected it, the nest was already empty. They did find a different infestation on the other side of the house though and cleared it.

Well, pretty well. I was hoping they would locate the entry point per their service list but he just sprayed the downstairs interior and outside. Ants had been in the upstairs bath but since they were dead, he didn't go there. There is a year warranty though, so if ants return I can call and I'm sure they would repeat and find the entry point. .

"Thanks so much for your business!! Points of entry with ants are a tough one. We generally try to determine if they are nesting in a window void for example versus just randomly entering the house. If you see anything of concern please let us know as you are covered under warranty. Your warranty is also renewable at the end of its term. James from Mantis came out and did an inspection of the attic and around the perimeter of our roof from the outside. Much as luck would have it, there was zero wasp activity while he was here, and in recent days in fact. Based on how he described dealing with wasps, he needs to see where the wasps are entering and leaving the house to effectively remove any nests and treat the area. In searching around the attic perimeter towards the soffits where the nest(s) would likely be, nothing visible anywhere. Since he wasn't able to exterminate anything, he didn't charge me, and so I can't rate on quality, but in all regards they are an A. Very professional, punctual, educated me while here, prices were competitive, great follow-up, etc.. I will use them in the future.

They did a pretty good job. They used a spray chemical. There was nobody at home during that time. They are pretty professional, resolved the problem right away and they never came back.

Technician responded and thoroughly sprayed the patio, foundation, steps and fencing. About 4 weeks later, ants returned to a small area. A different technician responded and resprayed. That was about 4 weeks ago and so far so good
