After Laguna pools re-plastered our pool and replaced all the coping and waterline tile in 2010, it looked beautiful. Two years after the work when we opened the pool we noticed a few tiles had fallen off and were on the bottom on the pool. My husband replaced 5-10 each subsequent year. When we opened the pool for the 2015 season many more tiles fell off and we noticed the majority of the coping was loose. We called Laguna pools multiple times (more than 5) asking them to repair the pool. We didn't expect this to be covered under warranty and communicated (via voice mail) that we were prepared to pay for the cost of the repairs. Danny never returned any of our calls and completely ignored us. In addition he has a picture of our pool on his website. He is using our pool to advertise his services yet wouldn't even return our call when we requested service related to his initial work.
We ended up using another company to repair the pool and had to re cement 70% of the coping.
I should also note that my husband always made sure the water level was at the appropriate level and never let it rise to reach the deck coping.
The bottom line is DO NOT USE LAGUNA pools. Your pool will look great when they finish but you will never see them again if you need any repairs in the future!
