Ken is one of the most professional contractors I ve ever worked with. He s responsive and follows through precisely according to the expectations he sets. Ken is very skilled in power washing. He does a thorough inspection and explains in detail the work to be done and the price was fair. He power washed my siding, roof, walkway, and sidewalk and he did an excellent job! He gives attention to every detail and even power washed my wooden mailbox which looks amazing! Ken is personable and courteous and made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction.

When he came to the house, he gave a good inspection and fair price. When the job was done the house looked brand new, very thorough.
