It went very well.  I called Huston Lumber and was directed to work with Michelle to solve my urgent issue.  I had previously ordered a door from a different lumber yard only to find out after waiting 7 weeks that the order had never been placed.  Michelle was able to provide me with accurate price quotes for my specific needs in a timely manner.  She was very professional and really knows doors and what questions to ask when placing an order.  The door arrived in exactly the amount of time she said it would.  Even after delivery service was excellent.  This door ($3,500) did not come supplied with an interior trim piece which in my opinion is just wrong.  Michelle went the extra mile to research the available trims and even offered to source the appropriate wood and have it milled for me if I so desired.  Overall it was an excellent experience. 
I gave a C for price because the door was just as expensive in fir as the original door I ordered in oak which is a more expensive wood.  The style and supplier were exactly the same.  I guess this might be a case of you get what you pay for in terms of service.

HE WAS JUST WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE WAS DEPENDABLE AND HE WAS HONEST. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE ESTIMATES AND EVERYTHING. HE WAS A GOOD GUY. HE HAD THE BEST QUOTE OUT OF FIVE.
