Prices were reasonable. Very happy with work. He doesn't care if you buy the fabric from him or not.

Gand M reupolstered our couch. Mo was lovely to work with, his estimate of cost and time to complete the job was accurate, he picked up and delivered our couch, and the work was excellent.

Mo was really nice to work with, friendly and so helpful! I brought my chairs to his shop where he helped me to select a fabric that would best complement the chairs. I dropped them off on a Tuesday or Wednesday and was able to pick the chairs up that weekend. Fast, excellent service!
They came out so BEAUTIFUL, I've gotten so many complements on them. I had picked these chairs up second hand and they really needed some TLC, Mo took great care in reviving them!
In the future I will definitely use them again!

Moe was great to work with. He completed the chairs early, dropped them off and they looked fantastic! I would definitely recommend.

We have an old Pottery Barn couch in our basement. Overall good condition but the seat cushions had become too soft and we'd sink into the couch. The springs were also a bit weak. I wanted to find a quick solution to make it a little better so I searched for upholsterers in the area that could re-fill the cushions.
I picked Gand M based on and quot;Aand quot; reviews and proximity. I was not disappointed. I spoke to Mo on the phone and he was polite and helpful. I didn't have measurements on me and he gave me his cell and said I could text him the dimensions and he could give me estimates so I didn't have to drive to the store. Within a day he gave me the quote and it was very reasonable.
I brought it in on a Wednesday morning and it was done by Thursday. He refilled the cushions and repaired a ripped seam.
Mo was very friendly and accommodating. The store looks like a local mom and pop type tailor and cobbler meaning don't expect it to be fancy. It sort of looks like a messy warehouse but as long as their work is good, no issues.
I'm planning on doing some more work so I'll put up more reviews as we try different things.
(Note: ignore the Home Build Year as it was a required field but makes no sense in this case. Work was done in their store)

Mo put new springs in a 30-year-old sofa that I had reupholstered 20 years ago with fabric I love and so I didn't want to ditch the sofa even though every guest who's weighed over 180 pounds has sat on the EDGE of the sofa and it was a MESS -- no stability at all and very hard to get up and out of.

We contacted G and M Upholstery after finding some positive feedback on Angie's List. I stopped by the shop and saw a bustling business. Mo Mustafa was helpful and provided me with more than enough sample books of fabrics. After selecting a few to take home with me, he explained the process clearly. He gave me a broad estimate and said that he would need to see the sectional couch before providing a more accurate estimate. He contacted me about a week later. He viewed the couch and provided a writted estimate via email once we selected our fabric. When the fabric was in, Mo called to set up a pick up date. He arrived on time and gave us a completion estimate of three weeks. It took nearly four, but we did have that awful snow storm in October with power outages everywhere! It arrived today and we are very pleased! It looks like a brand new sectional!

Beyond my wildest dreams! The rocker was from the early 1990's when I had my babies. The cushions were worn out and the bottom of the chair underneath the cushion had been damaged. I had that repaired 2 years ago, but the guy who did it repaired it upside down so all one felt when one sat on it was a big piece of wood. This was repaired by Gand M the correct way with new cushions covered by the new material I had bought. It's beautiful and comfortable again! My aunt's chaise lounge was in sad shape. I described to Mo what I hoped it would look like when done. The most recent upholstery done by my aunt in the early 80's included a skirt along the bottom and 3 buttons on the front of the back for decoration. I definitely wanted to get rid of the buttons and I also asked Mo if it would look good without the skirt, as I wanted a more modern look. He said, "yes." When he brought it into my house, I couldn't believe my eyes. The chair was magnificent! Mo did a fabulous job implementing my vision. Not only did it look incredible, but he added more cushion to the back and cleaned up the beautiful wooden legs that had been hidden all these years. It looks brand new! Mo was professional and within 1 week of getting all my fabric, finished the job and delivered it! I will not hesitate to use Gand M again and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate as well. You won't be sorry, you'll be ecstatic!

Excellent job...service, and responsibility. Came the day that was arranged..removed the couch on the day promised. Returned on the day promised. A defect noted on one cushion was corrected within 48 hrs..no extra charge. Pleasure to do business with the son and father.

Our two loveseat couches needed reupholstering because our cat had clawed the fabric into shreds. My cousin recommended G and M Upholstery. After the cat died, I called them and came in to borrow books of upholstery fabric. They were very kind about loaning their sample books and let me keep them for a whole week. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Their price for reupholstering was $700 per loveseat (including skirt and two throw pillows), and they got the fabric in a few days and did the work in three weeks. Another upholstering company would have charged $1080 per loveseat for labor and would have taken about eight weeks, plus two weeks for getting the fabric. Also, the only fabric we liked there would have cost $54 per yard on sale and could not be spot cleaned. G and M got spot-cleanable fabric that I liked at a discount: $26.90 instead of $32.90 per yard. They picked up and delivered the furniture at a mutually agreeable time and were polite and helpful throughout, even though it took me a few weeks to decide on fabric.
