When he dug the trench for the garden in the front of my house his trench was running on a angle.   His responce was that I was home I should wave said something about it, he even said the

footer for my house was crooked. I checked it with a piece of pipe, he said pipe was flecsible I told him I used a piece of emt not pvc. He still argued with me. Even the elavations were incorrect.I measured the wall and it was out 12 inches in a fifteen foot span. When he first looked at the job I told him I wantrd a four inch reveal to retain mulch.
