I always write good reviews being of the mind that if you've got nothing good to say, best not say anything at all. Check my reviews here and/or google reviews. Every single one is 5 Star. This is the first negative review I've ever been forced to write due to the completely dishonest, unprofessional, apathetic and unjust way I was treated by this company. From the owner right down to two of his staff members, I could not have had a worse experience. If you'd like the "details" I would be happy to provide them. I am a 70 year old grandmother with FAR better things to do than to spend time on this. However, I felt it was important to warn others about this inferior product being sold at Empire Supplies and about the incredibly terrible way I was treated. Take your business to a place that actually CARES about you and about doing the right thing. This place is only about making money at any cost. The worst.
