We specialize in kitchen and bath demolitions, and work with building contractors to provide complete site preparation and pre-construction services. Since we first opened our doors in 1996, our crew has been meeting the needs of people just like you with courtesy and professionalism. From attic and basement clean ups to debris removal at the work site, we do it all. We'll completely remove bathroom and kitchen fixtures, appliances and furniture, and we also offer garbage hauling services. Dumpster and container rentals between 10 and 15 cubic yards are provided. This is the 2nd time I've had Dance Demo and Clean Up remove things from my home for me. Chris Dance is extremely professional and communicates well. I called and he got back with me quickly and provided a price quote based on my description. He told me he would call me on Sunday and provide time he would come by on Monday. He called and explained he would have to move the date to Wens and we agreed on a time. He should up as expected and removed the couch and recliner. No issues at all. I would not hesitate to call Chris the next time I have some stuff to be hauled away.

Chris Dance and his crew did such an amazing job. My basement had accumulated so many generations of junk and wood I never in a million years thought it was possible to walk down the stairs and see nothing. I could not believe how clean and empty it was. Not only was Chris honest with me about the top and bottom pricing but he even tried to help find ways to save money. I recommend him and will definitely hire him again when I work my way up to cleaning out the attic. I chose his company because of the reviews from Angie's List and he did not disappoint.

Chris and his team arrived on time and spent the first hour prepping the space. This allowed them to complete the demo while keeping the rest of the house incredibly clean. They worked fast, hauled away all of the debris, and did an incredible job! I am planning on hiring them again for a future project. Definitely first class!

I contacted them by phone and they responded right away. Once I described the work and sent a text picture of the job, I got a reply message with a price quote. Once I accepted the price, they responded with an appointment day and time. They texted an appointment confirmation the day before the appointment and then showed up 30 minutes early on the day of the appointment! They not only did the removal but completely cleaned up the site and took away some extra debris at no additional charge. Workers were professional and asked all the right questions to make sure they understood our needs and we were satisfied.

Great! We discussed what I needed and set a date for the end of week. He called and confirmed the day before and provided a window of time that would be at my house. He showed up as promised and removed the items.

I called Christopher on Fri and he explained how he charges (volume and weight). He asked me to text him some pictures of the stuff I wanted picked up. He called me back in about 30 minutes based on the pictures he estimated $210 to $300, but would provide a firm price when he picked up. I told him that was acceptable and he said he would call me about 2pm on Saturday. He called about 2:15 on Saturday and was there about 15 minutes later. I had all the junk in my garage and when they arrived they loaded and cleaned the floor. Christopher and his helper were very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again for picking junk up or doing demolition if I had a home improvement project requiring it.

Chris Dance came with a large dumpster and another worker and then removed old furniture and junk from around the house. He took old furniture, construction material, an old TV that was too large and heavy for me to move. They also moved furniture around in order to take out an old carpet form the basement. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after. I would gladly hire them again.

On time, kept in communication and very courteous company. I even had more than expected and they took it without a problem. They helped me move things out of the way that weren't debris as well. Once done they swept everything out and I got my garage back. These guys do great work!

Chris made an appointment and came by promptly. He added about $45 to the estimate for the additional materials, which seemed reasonable to me. He and his helper cleared out the debris in an hour. And, they swept all the areas where they had removed stuff.
We would use him again and highly recommend him.
