I hired Chris to handle sheetrock installation and interior painting, and I’m genuinely pleased with the results. From start to finish, He was professional, respectful of my space, and attentive to detail. The sheetrock work was smooth and the painting brought a fresh, polished look to the room. He showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. I especially appreciated how He took the time to match paint colors and ensure crisp lines around trim and corners.

Chris did several small jobs for me--replacing part of a sagging plaster ceiling with sheetrock, shoring up my basement stairs and some sagging porch decking, and replacing ceiling lights in the basement. He is painstaking and thorough, understands old houses, and is always on time. I paid him in full when he still had one small detail to finish, because I knew he is totally trustworthy. He is also a pleasure to have around! I recommend him highly!

Chris Lynch has completed small handyman projects as well as renovating my kitchen ("after" snapshot below). He worked with me to plan the redo: He brought up practical considerations such as clearances, accessibility, ease of maintenance, and more. His respectful and calm demeanor particularly helps if I feel overwhelmed about a repair; we have discussed ways to scale back major work if possible, as well as ways to conserve materials and design features in my pre-WWII older house. He's explained how to comply with safety codes--a priority for us both. He has earned my trust: the worksite is cleaned thoroughly daily; potential difficulties (such as different paint types) are addressed well before the work begins; if there is any change to the schedule, he notified me promptly.
