We were shopping around and they were the ones we decided to go with. They were one of the few people that actually came to the residence and looked at the furniture that I wanted to have refinished. Everybody else wanted pictures or deal with them on the phone. These people actually came out and looked at the furniture to give me an appraisal and estimate. When we decided to go with them, the guy that came out to do the job and in the house did a very good, wonderful job. They did it in one day. We may use them again. Their responsiveness is really good but not perfect. He said he was going to be here at 9 a.m. I was in my bedroom and I looked at the window. He pulled up at 8:59. So, he was here at 9 a.m.

They had to do it handmade. I took one of finials to show. They had to match the wood and carvings. You can not tell which one is newer-it looks exactly like the others. They did a wonderful job.

Very smoothly. They are true craftspeople, and I would definitely use them again.
