Overall service, GREAT!
price - I thought it would have been a little cheaper since its called Bob's discount furniture. But quality of my pieces are great so I am happy.
I have to say that i was surprised by the level of service I received. My husband and I went to the store looking for a new bedroom set. Tariq the sales associate was great. He took his time with us. he never pushed us into making a decision, which is one of my biggest peeves.
When our furniture arrived the delivery men worked quickly and efficiently. They mounted everything, took away our old mattress and were done in less than 40 minutes. I was surprised to say the least. After everything was done, they opened all the drawers, checking everything to make sure it was working good and nothing was damaged. they truly provided a great service.
And my husband and I are enjoying our new bed.
I will be back to see Tariq for a living room set.
