The owner did the work himself. He had given me a quote over the phone for the range of the most it would be down to the minimum if the job went quickly. Only one of my gutters was badly clogged and I paid the minimum quote. He was very friendly and professional and I would definitely call him again.

Kevin is a solid guy - Real nice person with fair pricing. Gives good advice and I will be using him for other things again in the future as projects pop up

Great guy, does the work himself, has tall ladders to reach our very high roof, and climbs them fearlessly. Took photos of the before and after roof so we could see the improvements for ourselves without climbing up. Besides cleaning, offered us advice on some improved gutter guards, and made some suggestions on how we could fix a gutter that had started to move away from the house.

Nothing but great things to say about Kevin and his crew.

Everything went very well. Kevin, did the job I needed him to do. He tailored the job for my needs. I was preparing the house to put it up for sale but was operating on a limited budget. Kevin looked the job over and recommended and implemented just what was needed to get the job done when and where it was needed on the house. I had other painters come in with $4500 estimates but never recommending doing less to meet my needs. Kevin listned to what I said and was appreciative of my circumstances and presented a plan to meet my needs. I also was constrained with when he could come in and do the work due to another ongoing project on the property. He squeezed me in after numerouse delays and got the work done in, amazingly, just one day in order to keep my cost down and he used, what I think, is a superior product for a stucco structure. The house looked so good where he had painted it I used the remaining paint he had left that was left over and painted the other two sides being that they were the simpler sides to do. It took me a lot longer than one day to accomplish that though.

Kevin Trusheim and his crew did an excellent job. He is very responsive. Quality of work is good. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Very pleased...would hire the company again.

Since they have done several jobs for me, I don't want to go into details. But I should note that the work done on 14 windows, all with muntins was very careful and neat. And I didn't have to clean up paint spills after they finished.

Kevin Trusheim, the owner of the company, was personally involved in quoting and scheduling and performed/supervised the cleaning of our home. Before the work began, he carefully explained the process and the chemicals used. He and his assistant were courteous, helpful and professional.When the work was completed, our house looked almost new again. All the ugly green mold stains that had accumulated over 10 years were gone and our vinyl siding was gleaming clean! The gutters were clear of debris, and the next day when it rained heavily, we could appreciate the difference. The only challenges were the outside of some gutters - they still have a vague appearance of grey staining - and the stucco coat on the back of the house, which cannot withstand heavy pressure. Kevin explained that the residual staining on the stucco can be covered with exterior paint, and he explained how to prep the stucco prior to coating. l had also been very concerned about the effect of the cleaning chemicals on the flower gardens that surround the house. Careful rinsing after cleaning prevented extensive damage, but some plants did display brown patches after the cleaning. None were lost, so I consider this a success. When Kevin was ready to leave, he had packed up all his equipment and was looking at the house... and when he spotted an area that needed a bit more rinsing, he unpacked, took care of it, and packed up again. There is nothing quite so reassuring as having a perfectionist working on your property!

Too busy to describe the whole painting project. It involved both interior and exterior work.

Work went well. Trusheim offers far more services than the name of his firm implies. If he cannot do certain work, he has "partner" specialist contractors that he will partner with to do the work. While doing the work, he also surveyed the physical condition of the house making comments ranging from looks good to might consider some work. He called the day before to say that he was coming to do work. In this case, Kevin Trusheim did all of the work himself. I likely will use him or his partner contractors to do additional work around the house.

Very good, Kevin the owner was very punctual and professional everyday on the job. He and his workers were very respectful and accommadating. I was very happy with the work that they did! Kevin is very customer service orientated and wants to make sure that his customers are happy, even told us to call him if we saw anything that needed touched up and he would come back. We will use him again in the future.
