The job was done on time and within budget. The end result was beyond our expectation because it looks like it was part of the original design of the house.

Very well. Phil and his team were professional and efficient. They took great care to ensure my parents could have a functional space, given my father's handicap, but that still "felt like home". The work was completed on time which was critical as my father was discharged from rehabilitation. All the work was solid and done in a way that made the house retain its value and aesthetics.

Excellent! Completing this project transformed our dining room from a nice to great space! The detail adds warmth and charm to the room and works well with the other custom aspects of our home. When friends and family come over, they are amazed at the results! We couldn't be happier, too!

Philip Rochelle Building did an outstanding job! Phil and his crew were on time, did excellent quality work and there were no surprises in terms of cost or items in the architect's plan that they couldn't complete. The quality of their work has stood the test of time with our very active family over the last eight years. Mechanically, the house is sound (furnance, well, etc) and the custom trim work, walls and flooring are in excellent condition (no nail pops, varnishes peeling, warping, spacing, etc which we have seen in other homes). We have not had to redo or touch up any of the work that was put in.
In addition to the quality of the work, Phil is personally engaged in every project. We talked almost daily and he always made himself available to answer our questions in a way we could understand (we never did a project like this before!). He is also very creative and had new ideas to offer, beyond the plan. We were really able to collaborate on the project to ensure it was a success.
We have used Phil and his team for further customization work on our home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any renovation, addition or new home building.

Price wasn't the cheapest, but he showed up (contrary to another contractor). Good communication about when work would be done. Found some additional wood that needed replacement (that I had him replace). When up on the roof, he quickly brushed leaves out of my gutters. Work done was done very well.

Would use, and intend to use, again for other miscellaneous jobs around the house.
