2 of the 3 bathrooms were perfect. Those were the 2 that were done by his helper. The owner did the master bathroom which was not done properly. I informed him that we were not satisfied with the work. He had a very nasty attitude. I informed him that we would like a refund. I have reported him to the BBB as well. I do not suggest that anyone have this man in their home, especially women. I should have used my best judgement when he came to give me an estimate.

Service was exceptional. They followed on every aspect of the job. From our initial inquiry to conclusion. I loved that they even emailed me pictures (I travel much for work) with before and after photos with explanation of how our grout got so dirty and damaged. I would not say they were inexpensive however I believe you pay for what you get and in this case we got a beautified kitchen.

This company is wonderful. David was great at follow up and his guys did an amazing job at restoring my grout to the color it was supposed to be. They didn't have to regrout the whole kitchen, which was great. Instead, they used a color restoration and color matched the grout & resealed it. The job was done very well and his guys were very nice, efficient and professional. David gave me an estimate without seeing the job, but through pictures and approximate measurements. He indicated in the estimate that the price could go up or down once they see the job site. To my surprise, the job was smaller than they thought and he is going to refund me some of my money. I can't express how grateful I am to find an honest person like him. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I couldn't be happier with the results. Mario & his assistant did a great job cleaning the grout but what started as an easy removal of a shower door that we removed turned into a major problem when a number of tiles broke. When we explained the situation to David he was quick to help resolve the issue by having Mario cut & replace the necessary tiles.
I will recommend them to everyone I know. They went above & beyond the scope of work we thought we needed.

We hired them to clean the tile and grout in our kitchen floor. They came as scheduled. Everyone involved was polite, professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. The floor (which is over 10 years old) literally looks like new. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend them to others.

Fantastic! Prompt, courteous professional service. My floors looked like new. I had no idea how dirty my tile and grout were until Grout Kleen cleaned and sealed them, the difference was amazing! We decided to use them based on the reviews we saw on Angie's List. They were very prompt, professional and straight forward. They explained the limitations of their process due to the age and condition of my grout. However, their treatment greatly restored all of the floor and exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use them on a regular basis to maintain our grout.

Service was on time, very neat and very professional. Kept to the estimate. Time will tell if the seal holds out the dirt, but so far, so good. Could have saved money by going with a general sealer that is applied across the entire floor, but opted for high-grade sealer applied to each grout line individually. Did this to add additional protection from dirt being embedded in the grout, which I hate. Would use them again and recommend tham.

And we do offer a warranty on it, as long as we perform a maintenance cleaning a minimum of 1 time per every 2 years. Most people have us out annually for maintenance cleanings but that is your call. I need to know that the sealer is being cared for properly. Therefore, if we do not do a maintenance cleaning at least 1 time every 2 years, our warranty is voided."

David and his team are everything I expect but do not always get from other service providers. They are responsive to my requests. The price is very reasonable for the quality of work. They show up exactly when expected. The work is of the highest quality. David always checks to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I can not say enough good things about my experience with Grout Kleen. I was initially hesitant to give them a call because I am in Yardley, PA and they are in Flemington, NJ. However, it was not a problem for them to come the 30 minutes my direction. I have them clean my tile floors once a year and they look brand new. I could never get the floor that clean no matter how hard I tried. I love the color sealer. I have white grout in one bathroom and an almond in another. I put the color sealer on each one and was extremely pleased with the outcome. It still gets dirty over time but looks like new when it is cleaned by Grout Kleen. They repaired several tiles on my bathroom floor and it looks like it was part of the original floor. You can not tell the tiles were changed out. The same is true with my kitchen. I can not imagine using anyone else for this type of work.
