Pool and Spa Servicing
The contractor quoted a price and then presented a bill for $100 more. Dena is now doing business under the name of Pittstown Pools. In addition the contractor gave away some small parts when they opened the pool if I did the pump upgrade. They later charged for the parts.

Pool and Spa Servicing
Provider said it was a 2-3 day job & quoted $1500 - 1800. Without warning, emptied water from pool on 6/29 (yes just before July 4th weekend & scheduled family picnic). Liner not installed & pool refilled until 8/6. Never returned calls. Arrogant & disrespectful crew. Left filter filled with debris. Charged $2300 - almost 35% over low estimate. Didn't show up when promised. Showed up without warning / advance notice. Provider had difficulty with his supplier but admitted that he should have measured properly at the outset. We were left without pool during the hottest July on record. Very poor communication & customer service.
