DAVID VOORHEES REMODELING SPEC

I used Dave's services before, in the past he has remodeled 3 of our rooms, the Master Bathroom, a second bathroom and our den......So when it came time to have our old fashioned sun room remodeled, I hired Dave for the job. The sun room has large windows which would have been extremely expensive to replace, Dave came up with an alternative type of window to use and did not have to be special ordered (which drives up the cost) Dave is meticulous when it comes to his work. To prevent the floors from being damaged, during construction, he will tape down cardboard boxes to protect them.... He orders his supplies from local lumberyards and local vendors, which delivered them for FREE...instead of going to the big box stores which sell lower quality items and charge a $60 delivery fee. I've given Dave the keys to my house when I was unable to be home when he worked on my bathroom and sun room. He is a person that you can trust... He doesn't cut corners to get a job done. He takes the time to do it correctly.....One of the support beams in the sun room was spliced (2 pieces of wood nailed together) by the previous owner. Dave informed me that it was not proper and up to code, he replaced the spliced wood with a single support beam.
