They came out as promised. I have used Chem-Dry before, but now we had
pet stains on the carpet. The serviceman was professional, but said he
needed to pre-treat the organic stains so they would not come back.
Within
a month they started to reappear. Now the stains are completely back
on the surface. We have to replace the carpet. Not worth the money we
paid to clean. The other rooms where there was no pet stain the
cleaning was adequate and looked nice.

Very good job. Carpets were almost completey dry when they left. We recently had a basement carpet cleaned by Stanley Steamer after the August 28 flooding and Chem Dry was far superior. I would never use Stanley Steamer again.

They did an excellent job. They are very responsive and are always on time and easy to work with. The price is reasonable and I would highly recommend them.
