Stan was very understanding of our situation with a critically and chronically ill child. He was very patient to get work done and easy to get a hold of. When our schedules finally coordinated, one of his workers left the bleeders open to our radiators in 3 rooms and damaged the floors. Then he realized he needed to install different pipes and installed the ones about 6 inches from the wall in our dining room. I was still willing to work with him, however, the insurance check for the damaged floors was never sent and I have since not heard from him again. I'm disappointed in how everything ended ultimately because I do genuinely feel that he's a good man and that's the only reason why he didn't get a lower grade. One worker cost him business in the future because of the headache associated with it.

Your project was a clear sign of his inability to perform his duties competently. This incident was one of three reasons he lost his employment with my company. I do apologize for the delay related to the insurance payout. I have been in talks with my agent. They were waiting on more information from me. I recently sent them photos of the damage but they may need more information. Unfortunately, I have had major delays in getting any of my office work completed in a timely fashion due to a shortage in my staff, and of course tax season. It has been impossible to keep up with everything and everyone. Nevertheless, I am working with them to get this resolved for you. I did want to note that I tried to reach out to you a few weeks back. When you did not pick up, I left a voicemail message updating you on my progress. Albeit, my slow progress on your claim, at that time. I will try to have another status update for you shortly."

I had purchased a deal for a clean and 22 point inspection of our boiler from Angie's List for $90. Not only was Stan friendly and professional, he explained what he was doing as he worked to me. Not once did I question the quality of his inspection. He was thorough and took the safety of my family very seriously. We ended up needing a part cleaned which was the additional cost and needing some work done that I will call back to be accomplished. All in all, I definitely will be using Stan's HVAC again.

Stan and his crew were an absolute joy to work with and I highly recommend their company. They started working early and worked long days to ensure that we met the inspection deadline so we could be in our house for the holidays. One of his guys even came into work during his vacation to finish the install. The crew was extremely polite, clean and friendly. Stan was extremely responsive during the initial phase of obtaining a quote and answering our numerous technical questions, during the install and even afterwards when we called him with more questions. This is our first experience with a tankless water heater, and the system he installed works great. We received quotes from several companies, and Stan?s HVAC offered a higher quality tankless system (compared to the units the others were offering) at a very reasonable price. Stan?s HVAC truly demonstrated that the customer comes first with their quality workmanship and can-do attitude!

He cleaned up his mess before he left. He is very responsive and would call if he was going to be late. He is very attentive and kept me informed if the weather conditions were going to be too hazerdous to do the work safely. He communicates very well. He has very comptetitive pricing.
