I ordered and they said they could get them done before the new year. Didn't receive to second week in January. The workers were courteous and did a great job. They removed all the debris. The next day another agent came past to view the work and notice an irregularity in one of the window frame and sent a worker back to repalce that part of the frame

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. Updating an older house, I've dealt with many contractors and I can tell you that the people at Better Homes were just great. The only hiccup was a brief communication problem but that was resolved quickly. The customer service and care I received impressed me as much as the beautiful new windows I have now. Thanks!

Better Homes did a remarkable job. Betters Homes presented professional, knowledgeable,prompt and personable. They contacted us on a regular basis to inform us of what the next step was going to be as well as offered financing. When it comes to better homes their word is their bond.They did exactly what they said they were going to do with no hidden surprises. Exceptional job!

The windows are gorgeous, exactly as advertised! We got four triple pane windows, installed on the side of the house where there is alot of traffic. They really do block out most of the noise! Also, It has rained quite a few times since the install and no problems at all. Everyone was professional and the job was done on time, so we are happy!

Make sure you put everything on the contract that the salesman sells you. We ordered 30 year shingles and they attempted to put on 25 year shingles. Because it was written on the contract for 30 years, they had to honor it. The roofing job was a nightmare. After 4 months the roof is finally complete. The installation in the attic and the windows were done great the first time.

Better Homes was awesome. They did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters. I could not have asked for more. They did a great job and cleaned up very well. I had to do nothing but watch. If I need other services done to my house I am only calling them.
