Communication from the office was lacking. I had to frequently call to get updates on my roof project. The manager then scheduled the install for the wrong day then insisted that it was the day I picked, even though I would have never picked that day for the install due to our existing work schedule. The representative who came out initially, Erick, was very thorough and helpful. The crew that came out for the install was also great. The only gripe I had was the office and the scheduling.

had an asbestos roof removed off of a small house. was supposed to have been handled a certain way do to the material. but i watched as they treated it like any other rook , all while charging me $10,000 ! Was not happy! Have used in a previous home before this one and they did a good job. but very disappointed in the last job.

We hired within a week the roof was done. five days later, we are waiting for final task to be done! work on exterior roof crew of 8 finished the tiling,done as promised, total clean up every last piece. My wife and I ,were truly amazed, eight young hispanic workers worked like a machine!

This company was outstanding. I had them put on a new roof and they only took one day. The next day they put on new gutters and downspouts that took them only 1 hour to complete. The manager Scott and salesman Eric Perez were respectful and eager to listen to what you want. I am very happy with the quality oh work I received.

Erick was exceptionally helpful in providing information and answers to all of my questions regarding the type of roof, sky lights and roof ventilation I needed for my home. He was patient while I got quotes from 4 other roofers, and I am happy to have chosen Archer. I was informed when the job would be done, they arrived on time and all of the people who installed the roof etc. were very polite and cleaned up well after the job was completed. I recommend Archer very highly.

Replaced roof on an addition. Corrected an elevation/drainage issue. Salesperson seemed knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell me. Supervisor reviewed project and materials with me and kept me informed of the schedule and work progress. The work was completed 4 months ago and no issues to date.

The crew showed up early and completed the roofing job in one day. When they left, outside of a beautiful new roof, you would not know anyone was even here. The salesperson was very informative and the site supervisor kept us up to date during the day. Very satisfied with everything.
